Mexico won the Pan American U-14 Baseball Championship on home soil in Tamaulipas. The Mariachi beat, 10-4, Panama in the final. Panama entered the Pan Am Championship game undefeated.
Brazil finished third.

Mexico took an early lead and broke the score open with a five-run fifth inning rally.
Juan Pablo Tirado, who starred for his Country at the WBSC U-12 Baseball world Cup 2017, earned MVP honours.

Earlier this Fall, Mexico defeated Japan to claim the U-23 WBSC Baseball World Cup, the first ever baseball World Cup for the Country.

The Pan American U-14 Baseball Championship is sanctioned by WBSC and awards World Ranking points. The tournament was organized by the Mexican Baseball Federation in cooperation with the Instituto de Deporte de Tamaulipas and the Confederation Panamericana de Beisbol (COPABE).
