The second edition of the Joudrs International Cup – the only international tournament for U-13 and U-16 boys in Europe – took place in Prague, Czech Republic.  The two competitions were played simultaneously with a total of 16 teams participating.

The first edition took place in 2015 when Danish and Croatian youth players traveled to Prague to improve their softball skills.  A softball clinic – led by Great Britain Men’s Team player and Danish Women’s National Team Head Coach Kevin Stockford – was attended by nearly 50 boys and a few girls and concluded with a two-day tournament.

The 2016 edition expanded on this and included players from Denmark, Croatia, Czech Republic, and Israel. Stockford was assisted by long-time Czech national team player Patrik Kolkusto who help the players with their hitting. Following the clinic, the two-day tournament was held.

The U-13 tournament consisted of five Czech teams and one team each from Denmark, Croatia, and Sweden.
