Umpiring staff announced for the 14th WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship

The World Baseball Softball Confederation Softball Director of Umpires, Bob Stanton, has appointed sixteen umpires from eleven countries to officiate in the 14th WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship in Saskatoon, SK, Canada later this year.

The World Baseball Softball Confederation Softball Director of Umpires, Bob Stanton, has appointed sixteen umpires from eleven countries to officiate in the 14th WBSC Men’s Softball World Championship in Saskatoon, SK, Canada later this year.

Officials will be represented from Argentina, Australia, Canada, Czech Republic, Germany, Japan, Mexico, New Zealand, Nicaragua, USA, and Venezuela.

The men’s pinnacle event was last hosted in 2013 in Auckland where host New Zealand earned gold, Venezuela claimed silver, and Australia bronze.
