TAIPEI, Taiwan —  The Chunghwa Post, in collaboration with the Chinese Taipei Baseball Association (CTBA) and the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC), is issuing four WBSC Premier12® stamps as part of a new commemorative collection that will be put into circulation beginning on 1 November.

The Chunghwa Post is rolling out the stamps to promote baseball and sport across the island, with the WBSC Premier12 global baseball battle kicking off on 2 November.

The four iconic WBSC Premier12 stamps feature Chinese Taipei players — a pitcher, catcher, hitter and runner — in action, and have a list price of 6 and 8 yuan (US$ 0.19 and 0.26).

Group B of the WBSC Premier12 will be staged in Taichung and Taoyuan from 5-7 November and feature host/world No. 4 Chinese Taipei, No. 1 Japan, No. 9 Venezuela and No. 11 Puerto Rico.
