WBSC to live-stream all 16 games of the Women’s Softball Europe/Africa Qualification Event for the Games of the XXXII Olympiad Tokyo 2020 on own new OTT platform at https://gametime.sport/

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) presented today the WBSC Softball Europe/Africa Qualifier, the first softball Olympic qualifier of the year, with a press conference held at the Old City Hall in Utrecht, The Netherlands.

Botswana, Czech Republic, France, Great Britain, Italy, Netherlands, South Africa and Spain will play the five-day tournament to decide which team will compete in Tokyo for the Olympic Games.

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) today revealed the groups and schedule for the Europe/Africa and Asia/Oceania qualification events for the Games of the XXXII Olympiad Tokyo 2020, following a live draw conducted at the WBSC headquarters in the Olympic Capital.

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) will conduct live draws on Wednesday, 10 July, to determine the groups and schedule of the WBSC Softball Europe/Africa Qualifier and the WBSC Softball Asia/Oceania Qualifier, Qualification Events for the Games of the XXXII Olympiad Tokyo 2020.

Italy defeated Netherlands in the final match of the Women’s Softball European Championship 2019 by a score of 3-2 and was crowned European champion in Ostrava, Czech Republic.

Softball fans from around the world can now purchase the tickets for the WBSC Softball Europe/Africa Qualifier, to be held in Utrecht, Netherlands, from 23-27 July. Fans can acquire individual daily passes for each of the five days of competition, or choose for a complete VIP experience.
