In the second frame, Tomáš Trtílek batted his squad’s first home run of the tournament, before Tadeáš Kalčv crossed the plate on an RBI single by Adam Vavrečka to close out the inning with a 3-0 edge.

In the third inning, Trtílek collected his second RBI of the game with an RBI single to plate pinch-runner Adam Liška to make it 4-0.
