Media advisory: Team practices, virtual pre-tournament press conference to be held on Monday, 21 June

What: WBSC Baseball Final Qualifier teams will have their official two-hour practice sessions on Monday, 21 June, at Hermanos Serdán Stadium in Puebla, Mexico. Practices will be open to media for 45 minutes. Accredited members will be able to take pictures and record video from the stands. Due to safety and health measures, there won’t be access to the field or interview opportunities.

The practice times are as follows:

• Venezuela: 10:30 - 12:30
• Dominican Republic: 15:00 - 17:00 
• Netherlands: 17:30 - 19:30 

Exact times for media access will be announced tomorrow.

Media entrance: Gate #2.

PRESS CONFERENCE

The WBSC invites you to the WBSC Baseball Final Qualifier pre-tournament virtual press conference, to be conducted via Zoom.

When: Monday, 21 June, 9:00 a.m. local time.

Media Credentials

Media will be able to pick up their credentials from Monday 21 June, 10 a.m., at Hermanos Serdán Stadium in Puebla, Mexico.

On Monday, 21 June, the credentials pick-up point will be from Gate #2, accessing the WBSC Office in the central part of the venue from 10 a.m. to 7 p.m.

During the tournament, from Tuesday the 22nd to Saturday the 26th, media credentials will be distributed in Gate #1, from 1 p.m. to 5 p.m.

To check the status of your credential, follow the next steps:

- Go to my.wbsc site: https://my.wbsc.org

- Click on "Media Accreditations"

- Click on "Search for your accreditations"

- Enter name, last name and email address you registered with... and a list of accreditations will appear with the statuses.
