Shao-En Lin tossed a complete-game one-hitter at LECOM Park in Game 19 of the WBSC U-18 Baseball World Cup to give Chinese Taipei a 4-0 win over Mexico, and remain undefeated in Group B.

The defending champions built the difference with four one-run innings, with Chia-Wei Lin, Jun-Wei Zheng and Hsin Chiu collecting the RBI.

Mexican starter Victor Garcia was charged with the loss in two innings of work, after being responsible of the first two runs of the game. Mexico committed four errors in the game.

With this win, Chinese Taipei improves to 3-0 in Group B, and remains undefeated with two more games to play. They will face the Netherlands on Tuesday. For Mexico, their record now stands at two wins and two defeats.
