The Al-Mughraqa Shabab Club defeated Al-Karama Club, 7-6, and claimed the U-15 Al-Quds Baseball5 Cup 2022 in Palestine. A total of eight teams participated in the month-long event.
The competition was sanctioned by the Palestinian Baseball Softball Federation.
Last year, The Palestinian Baseball and Softball Federation hosted a course for Baseball5 game officials and coaches. The Palestinian Olympic Committee supported the initiative.
The Palestinian Baseball Softball Federation believes Baseball5, which can be played on various terrains -- indoor and outdoor -- and requires no special equipment -- can become a major tool for development in the area.
