Artemisa wins first-ever Cuban U-18 Baseball5 National Championship

Artemisa defeated Santiago 2-0 (4-3, 5-4) in the final series to win the first-ever Cuban U-18 Baseball5 National Championship.

Guantanamo beat La Habana 2-0 (10-5, 10-1) to claim the bronze medal.

Seven provinces participated in the National Championship, the winner and the runner up of the three regional championships and the host Guantanamo.

La Habana and Artemisa qualified out of the Western region, Villa Clara and Sancti Spiritus from the Central region, while Santiago de Cuba and Granma qualified out of the Eastern zone.

After round-robin play, the top four teams advanced to the super round.

The top two finishers of the super round competed for the title.
