Group C Chinese Taipei, Pakistan and Singapore

Korea and the hosts Malaysia will open the tournament at 9 am local time.

During group play, teams will compete in a three-game series. The top two finishers of each group will advance to the Super Round and compete in single five-inning games.

The top four finishers of the Super Round will advance to the medal round and compete in the semifinals and finals.

The winners of the semifinals and the winner of the bronze medal game will advance to the inaugural WBSC Baseball5 World Cup.

All games from the Baseball5 Asia Cup will be live streamed on the WBSC YouTube Channel.

The winner of the final will be crowned the first-ever Baseball5 Asia Champion.

The first WBSC Baseball5 World Cup is scheduled from 7 to 13 November in Mexico City.

The WBSC held a two-day seminar in Kuala Lumpur on Monday and Tuesday covering all aspects of the five-on-five version of baseball/softball, from the field of play setup to how to play a game.

The participants were 35, representing 14 countries and territories.
