Baseball5 European Championship returns to Lithuania

The tournament is scheduled for November in the southern city of Druskininkai. The winner and the runner-up will qualify for the WBSC Baseball5 World Cup 2024.

WBSC Europe announced that the Baseball5 European Championship will return to Lithuania for its second edition. The tournament, which will qualify the winner and the runner-up to the WBSC Baseball5 World Cup 2024, is scheduled for November at the Lithuanian Sports Complex in Druskininkai, a city in southern Lithuania, not far from the border with Belarus and Poland.

Saturday, 11 November, is the tentative date for the final.

France is the defending European Champion. They beat Lithuania in the final of the first edition in 2020 in Vilnius.

France also won the inaugural U-17 European Championship and qualified for the inaugural WBSC Youth Baseball5 World Cup with runner-up Türkiye.
