Caracas defeated La Guaira, 2-9 (6-4, 3-1) to claim the Venezuelan Baseball5 National Championship.
The Fabricio Ojeda Health Centre (Núcleo de Desarrollo Endógeno) in Caracas hosted the three-day event involving eleven States and over 100 players.
Caracas and La Guaira eliminated Miranda, Falcón, Bolívar and Anzoátegui in the Super Round.
World No. 15 Venezuela will host the WBSC Americas Baseball5 World Cup Qualifier from 26 to 30 June in Barquisimeto. The top three finishers will participate in the II WBSC Baseball5 World Cup, scheduled from 7 to 12 October at the Central Harbourfront Event Space in Hong Kong-China. Eight teams have qualified so far:
