Che Reyes' staff includes bench coach Hector Estrada, who served in the same position at the WBSC Premier12 2019, pitching coach Luis Fernando Mendez, third-base coach Leo Arauz, and first-base coach Carlos Reyes, who was on the U-23 national team staff in 2021 and 2022.
