The HKSA General Meeting was held at the Tianguang Road Softball Stadium on September 25, 2022.

Mr. Wong Chun Cheong was elected as new President of the Hong Kong Softball Association (HKSA) and will lead the organisation for the 2022-2025 term. The HKSA General Meeting was held at the Tianguang Road Softball Stadium on September 25, 2022. 

Wong Chun Cheong replaced Patrick Ng as HKSA President since, according to the statutes, Mr. Ng had to leave the position after six consecutive terms as the softball leader in Hong Kong.

The Executive Board for 2022-25 is as follows:

  • Mr. Wong Chun Cheong - President
  • Mr. Lee Chong Fai - Vice President
  • Mr. Ng Man Hung - Vice President
  • Mr. Terauchi Katsuji - Vice President
  • Mr. Mau Chun Hong - Secretary-General
  • Mr. Ng Yuet Kong - Treasurer
  • Mr. Wong William - Council Member
  • Mr. Wong Willem - Council Member
  • Mr. Wong Hiu Kei - Council Member
  • Ms. Wong Pui Wan - Council Member
  • Mr. Ko Tzu Chao - Council Member
  • Ms. Li Pui Ying - Council Member

In addition to the election of the authorities, during the meeting were approved the financial report and the auditors of the next year.

Hong Kong occupy the 24th position in the WBSC Men’s Softball World Rankings, and the 38th place in the WBSC Women’s Softball World Rankings
