Samurai Japan defeated the United States, 3-2, to claim the 44th edition of the Collegiate All-Star Championship Series. It's Japan's 20th victory. Samurai Japan also won the 43rd edition on home soil in 2019.
Japan won the tie-breaking rubber match at Joseph P. Riley Jr Park in Charleston, South Carolina., 6-2, thanks to three infield hits in the bottom of the eighth.
