Marte Myhrer new president of Norwegian Baseball Softball Federation

Myhrer succeeded Alek Nilsen, who stayed on the board, and will serve through 2025.

Marte Myhrer succeeded Alek Nilsen as the president of the Norwegian Baseball Softball Federation (NSBF, Norges Softball og Baseball Forbund). She will serve through 2025.

Myhrer, who sat on the incumbent executive board, became the second female president. Her programme focuses on the wider community, children and youth activity.

Former president Nikki Schel is the new vice president and will be in charge of relations with the local authorities.

Nilsen stayed on the board as the head of the Baseball Committee. Board member Kjerstin Lynn Jones will support the chair of the Softball Committee, David Schroeder.

The new board also includes former vice president Ty Tollestrup (Children and Youth Committee) and Alec Haralovich (Recruitment).
