Newly independent Palestinian Baseball Softball Federation established in boost for the sport

Ahmed Tafesh will serve as the president through 2024, while Mahmoud Tafesh has been named Chief Executive Officer.

The Palestinian Olympic Committee has approved a new structure to establish an independently governed Palestinian Baseball and Softball Federation, which has officially branched off the Racket Sports Federation. The new independent baseball-softball body thus elected Ahmed Tafesh as the the federation's first-ever president, for the 2021-2024 term.

The Board of Directors includes Vice President Mohammed Ziad Al-krunz; Secretary-General Adel Eleyan; Members Hussein Mahmoud Saqallah, Jumana Soliman Shahin, Nada ata Al-areeni.
