No. 1 USA Baseball announces 2014 U-12 National Team Roster

LOS ANGELES –The USA Baseball 12U National Team finalized its 18-man roster after a three-day trials period at the Major League Baseball Urban Youth Academy in Compton, Calif.

LOS ANGELES –The USA Baseball 12U National Team finalized its 18-man roster after a three-day trials period at the Major League Baseball Urban Youth Academy in Compton, Calif.

Following national team training from July 7-9, the team will head south to Mazatlan, Mexico for the COPABE Pan American Championships.

“We are very excited for the opportunity that is in front of us to go compete in the Pan American Championships in Mexico,” said manager Terrance Freeman.

During training, the 12U National Team will practice at the Urban Youth Academy on Monday, and will play the Urban Youth Academy 12U Team on Tuesday.
