NPB Japan e-Series scheduled for 6 March

The league is using the eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball of Konami Digital Entertainment.

Yokohama DeNA Baystars and Fukuoka SoftBank Hawks will battle for the Nippon Professional Baseball (NPB) e-Japan Series on Saturday, 6 March, at 3 pm Japan time.

The league is using the eBASEBALL Powerful Pro Baseball of Konami Digital Entertainment.

Each participating team is made of four players. In the league match, 3 players out of 4 in each team play one game each.
The players not returning from the 2019 season have been selected through an e-draft.

The format is the same as the NPB professional baseball league. Both the Central and the Pacific League play their regular season and interleague games or e-pennant race. The top three teams advance to the e-Climax Series, and the winners compete in the SMBC e-Japan Series.

NPB, a member of the World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC), and Konami first teamed up on the annual Pawapuro e-baseball Championships in 2016.
