Third Australian Women's Baseball Showcase confirmed for May; Beacom signs for US college baseball

From 9 to 12 May, the Albert Park Baseball Complex in Lismore, New South Wales (200km south of Brisbane), will host the event's third edition, which involves emerging Australian talent and international players from Canada, Japan and the United States. Meanwhile, the star of the 2022 edition, Genevieve Beacom has committed to East Central Community College in Kansas, USA.

WBSC U-15 Baseball World Cup 2024 Americas Qualifier: Puerto Rico, Dominican Republic, Mexico, Nicaragua, Venezuela claim tickets

Puerto Rico defeated the Dominican Republic in the final of the WBSC Americas Qualifer. Mexico beat Nicaragua in the third-place game. Venezuela overcame Brazil in the fifth-place game. Meanwhile, Colombia earned a wild card as the U-15 Baseball World Cup host country.
