Sichuan won the 2022 Men's Baseball Championship organized by the Chinese Baseball Association.
Ten teams and over 200 players participated in the event in Yi Zheng, a highly developing town in Jiangsu province, from 5 to 12 November.
Jangsu was the runner up, while Shangai finished third.
The Chinese Baseball Association announced through a press release that the championship offered players a chance to try out for the upcoming World Baseball Classic.
China will open camp soon in Shaoxing.
World No. 21 China will compete in Group B in Tokyo and face the hosts and World No. 1 Japan, No. 3 Korea, No. 10 Australia and No. 14 Czechia.
