Softball Canada launches Female Mentorship Program

The program is designed to develop future female administrators, coaches, and umpires within the softball community throughout Canada.

On International Women’s Day 2021, Softball Canada announced the launch of its inaugural Female Mentorship Program. This program is designed to develop future female administrators, coaches, and umpires within the softball community throughout Canada.

The 18-month mentorship program for women in softball will connect people interested in advancing their softball knowledge and skills in coaching, umpiring, or administration with experienced and seasoned Softball Canada mentors. It will also provide an opportunity for those looking to give back to the sport of softball to act as advisors to up-and-coming women in the game.
