The Thiais Tigers claimed the 2023 Baseball5 French Open as they defeated the defending champions Vauréal Squales 2-0 (4-3, 5-1) in the final at the Aertènium in Ceyrat, not far from Clermont-Ferrand.
Barracufive defeated Clapiers-Jacou to claim third place.

Clapiers-Jacou went undefeated in winning the U-15 tournament defeating Chatons Mercenaires in the final, 2-0 (4-3, 7-1). The defending champions La Vallée du Gapeau finished second in the five-team tournament.
