WBSC instructor Andrea D'Auria held a Baseball5 webinar for the Italian Baseball Softball Federation (FIBS).
The course was divided into four different modules.
The first part was a general introduction and an overview of the Baseball5 rulebook.
In the second module, D'Auria spoke about the role of the Baseball5 game official.
The third part of the course was about the preparation for the game and the lineup card.
The fourth and final module was about game strategies and the differences between Baseball5 and the games of baseball and softball.
A total of 54 participants attended the webinar. FIBS informed that each individual was selected by FIBS' Coach and Umpires Commissioners.
FIBS plan to send the certified instructors to the different regions around the country in order to give a boost to the development of Baseball5.
