The Austrian Baseball Softball Federation (ABF) launched its new website on 25 February under the new domain baseballsoftball.at. With the new website, developed using the WBSC’s digital suite offering, the ABF intensifies its cooperation with the WBSC's operational and content management platform.
Baseball Softball Austria has changed its web domain to baseballsoftball.at to represent both disciplines in the Federation's online presence. The ABF added "Softball" to its official name last year having previously been named the Austrian Baseball Federation.
The new website includes the governance and Federation's structure, while each of the disciplines has its own section, a well structured document section and a news catalogue. Of course, Austria’s national baseball and softball teams have their own place on the website, covering the ABF's national team stars in both disciplines.
The new website was built using the My.WBSC digital suite which offers a user friendly, cost effective option for providing key digital tools for members to help with the management of their events and members as well to help increase the promotion of our sport both nationally and internationally. It also allows a direct connection to the module of league and club management, offering game data and statistics in real-time. On top of that, club websites can also be rolled out on a similar level in cooperation with the ABF and WBSC.
