WBSC Paralympic Commission to hold Baseball for the Blind seminar in Tanzania

The national federation has already staged an introductory course, following a Memorandum of Understanding with the Dar Es Saalam College of Education.

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) Paralympic Commission is collaborating with the Tanzania Baseball and Softball Association (TaBSA) and Daar Es Salaam College of Education (DUCE) on a Baseball for the Blind seminar scheduled later this month.

TaBSA and DUCE signed a Memorandum of Understanding this past February with the aim of introducing Baseball for the Blind to students. TaBSA followed with an introductory course on Baseball, Softball and Baseball5.

The introduction of Baseball for the Blind to the DUCE students is part of TaBSA five-year strategic plan 2021-2026.
