World No. 12 Puerto Rico defeated the hosts Dominican Republic, ranked No. 9 in the world, 5-4, in the final to become the Pan American U-15 Baseball Champion.
No. 2 Mexico beat No. 20 Nicaragua in the third-place game, 3-1.
The top-four finishers and fifth-place World No. 6 Venezuela qualified for the VI WBSC U-15 Baseball World Cup.
The fifth-place game finished dramatically. Venezuela walked off No. 23 Brazil, 7-5, thanks to a two-run home run by Jesus Chavez.
After taking a quick 3-0 lead, Puerto Rico had to come from behind to beat the hosts, Dominican Republic, in the final. Edward Piñeiro led the Boricua offence, going 2-for-3 with a double and a run scored.
Francisco Campo led Mexico's offence, going 2-for-3 with two RBIs in a pitching duel against Nicaragua.

The WBSC announced that World No. 13 Colombia earned a Wild Card as the host of the U-15 Baseball World Cup 2024, scheduled for August 16 to 25. Barranquilla will be the main venue.
