The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) today announced a change to the XVII WBSC Men’s Softball World Cup schedule with Game 3 on Saturday, November 26 featuring Argentina and Cuba swapping the start time and field with Game 4 between Denmark and Australia.
Argentina and Cuba will now start at 17:00 on Field 2 with Denmark and Australia now starting at 16:30 on Field 1.
The XVII WBSC Men’s Softball World Cup opens on Saturday at Rosedale Park, with six games scheduled, preceded by an Opening Ceremony at 12:00:
- 13:30 New Zealand vs. Czech Republic (Field 1)
- 14:00 Venezuela vs. Canada (Field 2)
- 16:30 Denmark vs. Australia (Field 1)
- 17:00 Argentina vs. Cuba (Field 2)
- 19:30 South Africa vs. Japan (Field 1)
- 20:00 Philippines vs. USA (Field 2)

Games will be available on WBSC's Gametime OTT platform, live and on-demand. Visit the gametime.sport website for the broadcast schedule and information on the available packages and bundles (geo-blocking restrictions may apply). Host broadcaster Whakaata Maori TV will also be providing live coverage of New Zealand games for local audiences on linear TV while all games wil be streamed on their digital platform.
