• Ambassador Extraordinary and Plenipotentiary and General Consul of the Republic of Panama to the United Kingdom of
Great Britain and Northern Ireland.
• Ambassador of the Republic of Panama to the Republic of Iceland.
• Ambassador of the Republic of Panama to the Republic of Ireland.
• Permanent Representative of Panama to the International Maritime Organization IMO based in London. Elected Vice
President of IMO Assembly.

• Support of Panama East Soccer and Béisbol teams;
• Head of Proposed Major League Béisbol Academies bill in the Republic of Panama;
• Head of proposed bill that established the pedagogical, scientific and methodological bases for the integral development
of Panamanian physical education and School Sports;
• Sports activist in Panama and Latin America region (various participations)
