Integrity Commission Disciplinary Panel

The WBSC Integrity Commission Disciplinary Panel is a pool of independent experts that investigate complaints raised in relation to the non-respect of integrity principles and/or WBSC Statutes, By-Laws, Rules and Regulations.

Every time an Ad-Hoc Panel is appointed, it has the duty to provide recommendations on disciplinary matters to the WBSC Executive Board. On a case-by-case basis, the Ad-Hoc Panel may redirect victims to the WBSC Integrity Unit for support. This support is restricted to connecting the victims with relevant local stakeholders or care support service providers such as NGOs, counselors, legal assistance, and/or other relevant entities.
