Baseball for the Blind to be taught at Tanzania college

Officials from the Tanzania Baseball and Softball Association were first introduced to Baseball for the Blind via a course in the WBSC Academy.

The Tanzania Baseball and Softball Association (TaBSA) has signed a Memorandum of Understanding with Dar Es Salaam University College of Education (DUCE) to introduce special education athletes to Baseball for the Blind.

The document was signed by TaBSA President Ahmed Makata and DUCE professor Stephen Makula.

Officials from Tanzania first observed Baseball for the Blind in December, as they received an introduction to the discipline via the WBSC Academy.
