Colombia, Cuba, Panama to play international men’s softball tournament in Cartagena

World No. 14 Cuba, No. 26 Panama and No. 32 Colombia are getting ready for next year’s Pan American Championship, a qualifier for the next WBSC Men’s Softball World Cup.

The National Men’s Softball Teams of Colombia, Cuba and Panama, joined by the U-23 National Team from host Colombia, will participate in the Antonio “Tony” Morales International Softball Cup in Cartagena de Indias, in preparation for the upcoming international competitions. The tournament will run from 25-28 November at Argemiro Bermudez stadium.

World No. 14 Cuba, No. 26 Panama and No. 32 Colombia are getting ready for next year’s Pan American Championship, a qualifier for the next WBSC Men’s Softball World Cup, to be held in Auckland, New Zealand, from 26 Novemer to 4 December 2022.

The 14-game event will be played under a double round robin format, with the top two teams advancing to the final, and the other two teams playing for the bronze medal.

The U-23 Colombian squad is also in preparation for the upcoming Pan American Championship, a qualifier for the maiden WBSC U-23 Men’s Softball World Cup.
