The clubs elected the incumbent president for a third term. "The delegates acknowledged the radical change in managing the Federation," commented Quiles Rosas.

José Daniel Quiles Rosas will serve as the president of the Baseball Federation of Puerto Rico (FBPR) through to 2026. The clubs elected him for a third term on Sunday, 13 November, in Fajardo.

"The delegates acknowledged the value of the work we have done and the radical change in managing the Federation," commented Quiles Rosas. "I'm grateful and proud for the support. We will keep working for the sake of baseball in Puerto Rico."

The clubs confirmed the whole board including vice president Carlos Príncipe, treasurer Nicolás Rivera and secretary-general Eugenio Kassim Torres.

The confirmed FBPR board announced that the 2023 Superior Double-A league season would hold its opening game on 12 February. The rest of Day One is scheduled for 17 February. The Double-A League will have a 20-game regular season, four more games than in 2022.
