The IBAF is proud to announce that Larry Young, MLB Umpire Supervisor, will be one of the camp instructors at the IBAF Umpire Clinic in Barcelona from July 10th to July 14th, 2013.
Mr. Young was in charge of all umpires for the just concluded World Baseball Classic. He traveled all over the world to see first hand the International Umpires and has worked extensively with all international umpires and his devotion and commitment to improving the level of umpiring is unparalleled. This is a great opportunity for International umpires to see and hear first hand from one of the most respected MLB umpire supervisors.
