Korean Professional Baseball Players Association(KPBPA) and Retired Korean Professional Players Union named “Ilgoo-Hoe” start a business for development of baseball together. The two groups set the dissemination of baseball in Asia as the top priority for the international exchange plan.

Korean Professional Baseball Players Association(KPBPA) and Retired Korean Professional Players Union named “Ilgoo-Hoe” start a business for development of baseball together. The two groups set the dissemination of baseball in Asia as the top priority for the international exchange plan.

Mr. Park, Chungsik, secretary general of KPBPA and Mr. Lee, Jaehwan, president of Ilgoo-Hoe handed over the US$ 18,000 to Mr. Kang, Seungkyoo, president of Baseball Federation of Asia(BFA) in hall of baseball, Seoul, Korea on April 9, 2012.

BFA will use this grant for under-developed member countries/regions in order to support for renovation of baseball stadium/facilities and donation of baseball equipment such as bats, balls, gloves and protector.

Meanwhile, Ilgoo-Hoe donated 200 baseball bats to BFA for the support of under-developed member countries/regions last year. In addition, Ilgoo-Hoe and KPBPA have pledged continuous and extensive support not only for Asian baseball but also for the amateur baseball.

Mr. Kang, president of BFA expressed special thanks to the representatives of two groups for their support and mentioned this support is very helpful for the development and prosperity of Asian baseball.
