Finished 3rd at the 8th Pan American Men’s Championship in Medellin, Colombia in September 2012 (the top 5 teams qualified)

Australia
Finished 1st at the Oceania Men’s Qualifier in Canberra, Australia in December 2011 (the top 2 teams qualified)

Canada
Finished 1st at the 8th Pan American Men’s Championship in Medellin, Colombia in September 2012 (the top 5 teams qualified)

Colombia
Finished 5th at the 8th Pan American Men’s Championship in Medellin, Colombia in September 2012 (the top 5 teams qualified)

Czech Republic
