Watch for free: WBSC to live stream Men's, U-23 Softball Asia Cups

The tournaments will run from 1 to 6 September and be available through the official WBSC YouTube channel and Facebook page. WBSC's in-house media company BASE also earned broadcasting rights to the Baseball Holland Series.

The WBSC is partnering with the Japan Softball Association (JSA) to live stream the Men's Softball Asia Cup and the Men's U-23 Softball Asia Cup, starting Thursday, 1 September. Shimanto city in Kochi Prefecture is hosting both continental championships.

The live stream will be available to watch free of charge through the WBSC YouTube channel and the WBSC Facebook page.

The three-team U-23 Men's Softball Asia Cup is scheduled from 1 to 2 September. The participants are world No. 2 Japan, No. 14 Singapore and No. 16 India.

The seven-team Men's Softball Asia Cup will open on Saturday, 3 September, and run through 6 September. Both tournaments qualify the top two finishers for the respective WBSC Softball World Cups. The participants in the men's category are world No. 2 Japan, No. 15 Singapore, No. 16 India, No. 21 Philippines, No. 24 Hong Kong, No. 35 Thailand and Chinese Taipei.

WBSC also announced that its in-house media company BASE earned international broadcasting rights for the Holland Series. The seven-game final series of the Dutch Baseball Major League (Hoofdklasse) between HCAW Bussum and Curaçao Neptunus Rotterdam is set to open on Thursday, 8 September, and will be available to watch for gametime.sport subscribers.
