WBSC unveils Spanish version of Baseball5 instructional video

World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) launched today the Spanish version of the instructional video for its new urban discipline, Baseball5. The video includes the key points to start playing Baseball5, such as an explanation of the rules, the dimensions of the field and some tips to play the game.

The World Baseball Softball Confederation (WBSC) launched today the Spanish version of the instructional video for its new urban discipline, Baseball5. The video includes the key points to start playing Baseball5, such as an explanation of the rules, the dimensions of the field and some tips to play the game.

To date, the English version of the video has been viewed by more than 200,000 people from almost 80 countries, and has been shared more than 11,000 times in Facebook, including many Spanish-speaker users from around the world.

By launching the Spanish version of the video, WBSC is targeting a huge Spanish-speaking community around the globe.

On March 1st, WBSC launched the Baseball5 official rules. At the same time presented a new digital platform, in English and Spanish, featuring Baseball5 resources such as rules, videos as well as the latest developments on the new street discipline.

Besides, on March 25, during the WBSC Executive Board meeting held in Paris the organization established Baseball5 as WBSC third official discipline, adding it to baseball and softball.
