非洲：九支球隊參與奈及利亞U-12、U-15女壘全國錦標賽

奈及利亞棒壘協會（NBSA）最近宣布九支球隊將參加其國內U-12與U-15女壘全國錦標賽，全國壘球錦標賽預計於四月 20-25日在拉哥斯Badagry進行。

青少年錦標賽將由Badagry Angels League 在距離首都拉哥斯64公里遠位於城市 Badagry 的 Ibereko Barracks舉行。

＂這項賽事將包括九支球隊，將幫助這項運動萌芽中具天賦的選手磨練他們的技巧。＂NBSA秘書長Kehinde Laniyan說。＂我們很高興賽事能夠恢復，這是對於年輕選手在運動中成長與精進的主要發展計畫之一。＂

Laniyan 補充僅有在2021年四月，年紀介於十二到十五歲的選手符合資格。全部註冊的球隊都獲提供住宿。

U-12賽事包括Naowa Hitters、Kwara Sliders、Sabo Wuse、Oluyole Plate Burners、Adekalu Bulls與Badagry Angels。U-15錦標賽將包括Oluyole Plate Burners、Adekalu Bulls與Badagry Angels。

去年，這項賽事在Ibadan舉行，十一支參賽球隊來自全國各地。這項賽事由駐拉哥斯美國總領事館贊助。
