Cody Gibbons will be USA’s main weapon from the circle. The right-handed pitcher was named the MVP of the Americas Qualifier, posting a 4-0 record with 47 strikeouts in 23 innings, for a 0.30 ERA. Four other players were named to the qualifier’s best team: Brennan Ducharme (catcher), Braden Ducharme (shortstop), Brody Von Berge (left fielder) and Logan Boom (center fielder).
