Josè Murillo, the manager for the U12 Panama National Team, cut the roster to 22 players. Panama is in the process of selecting the team that will play in the U12 Baseball World Cup in Tainan (CHinese Taipei) from 28 July through 6 August.
“We did work hard and we loved what these young players showed” said Murillo through the Press Office of his Federation “We will work even harder now and I am positive that we will make a final decision on the 18 player roster within Tuesday 11 July. It will be a diffucult decision” Murillo added on a final note “But I am confident we will field a very good and competitive team, capable of coming back to Panama with a medal”.
