Commission co-chairs Maria Soto and Justin Huber also played an active role in the Tokyo 2020 Games-Time Experience while Commission member Randolph Oduber represented the WBSC Executive Board at the U-23 Baseball World Cup closing ceremony.

The WBSC published the first episode of its 'Federation Focus' series in January 2020 -- it featured Palestine. The series focuses on the various cultures and activities in the growing world of baseball and softball.

"It's the first time we succeeded in distributing so much equipment at one time," said Angelo Vicini, WBSC Treasurer and Chair of the Development Commission.
