Hosted at the Gaborone International Convention Centre (GICC) by the Botswana Softball Association (BSA) in conjunction with the Botswana National Sport Commission (BNSC), this Extraordinary Congress preceded the elections in order to be able to apply some modernisation of the Statutes and the approval of new Members.
