Shenzen, China– Korea and Japan head to the super round of the U-15 Asia Baseball Championship undefeated and are the favourites for the two spots for the WBSC U-15 Baseball World Cup 2020.

In the super round, Korea and Japan will face each other on Friday, 23 August, at 6.30 pm local time (CEST + 6 hours, US Eastern + 12 hours).

The other two teams that qualified for the super round are the hosts China and Chinese Taipei, both with a 2-1 record. Pakistan, Philippines (1-2), Indonesia, Hong Kong (0-3) were eliminated after group play.

The top two teams in the super round will qualify for the WBSC U-15 Baseball World Cup 2020 and compete in the final Sunday, 25 August, at 6 pm local time.
The third and fourth place team after the super round will play at 10 am the same day for a bronze medal.
