The Pakistan Baseball Federation meets Ministers of Sports, Religious Affairs
The game of baseball is developing fast in Pakistan. National Teams will participate in four international tournaments in 2019. Federation President Syed Fakhar Ali Shah met the Misters of Sports and Religious Affairs
Syed Fakhar Ali Shah, President of the Pakistan Baseball Federation, briefed Ministers of Sports Fahmida Mirza about the development of baseball in the Country.
Pakistan will attend four international baseball events in 2019: West Asia Baseball Cup in Sri Lanka, U-15 Asian Baseball Championship in China, Women’s Baseball Asian Championship also in China and the Asian Baseball Championship in Chinese Taipei.
Minister Fahmida Mirza, who congratulated Syed Fakhar Ali Shah for his recent election as a Member at Large to the Board of the Baseball Federation of Asia, assured her full support for organizing training camps for the Baseball National Teams in Islamabad.

Syed Fakhar Ali Shah also met with Federal Minister of Religious Affairs Pir Noor ul Haq Qadri and informed him about the activity of the National Baseball Academy in Lahore. Minister Pir Noor ul Haq Qadri committed to supporting the Pakistan Baseball Federation.
Legal Advisor Amir Kazmi and Finance Secretary of the Pakistan Baseball Federation Tahir Mehmood participated in the meetings.
