一個月之前:重演U-18男壘世界盃最精采表現

在北帕麥斯頓聚集全球十二國上演精采的U-18男壘世界盃。

二月22日,周六,就在一個月之前,瓜地馬拉與丹麥正式展開了首次世界棒壘球總會U-18男壘世界盃,這個難忘的錦標賽最後以日本拿下世界冠軍頭銜結束。

為了慶祝這一天,欣賞這次錦標賽最優秀的演出,包括令人印象深刻的撲接、全壘打與驚人的勝利。

三位獲選進入全世界明星隊的選手出現在這支影片中,展現他們了不起的技巧。

在第三天,第一棒的Jeremy Garland在比賽中打出第一球石破天驚的全壘打帶領澳洲在A組以11-0擊敗新加坡。這位澳洲的二刀流選手在錦標賽有傑出的表現,25支12、 .480打擊率,還有2發全壘打、3支三壘打,拿下13分,還有7分打點。在安打與得分都是這次賽事最多。在投手圈中,他最後在11.1局投球中繳出1-1成績 、3.71防禦率,還有24次三振。在決賽他承擔敗投。在錦標賽結束後,他以游擊手身分入選 全世界明星隊。

這次錦標賽的MVP Hitto Nagayoshi同樣在這次賽會展現他的技巧,特別是在打擊與跑壘上。像是在超級循環賽第二天,這位日本二壘手擊出超前分的三分場內全壘打,讓日本以3-1領先澳洲。Nagayoshi在錦標賽繳出17支7、.412打擊率,創下青年壘球世界盃4支三壘打的紀錄。

錦標賽最優秀的投手是捷克的 Jakub Osicka,這位右投手帶領他的球隊拿下歐洲球隊在這個年齡層級最好成績的銅牌。在最後一天,Osicka送出13次三振,對阿根廷投出完投拿下歷史性的第三名。
