Australia, New Zealand and Guam to compete for spot in XXXI WBSC U-18 Baseball World Cup

The Oceania Qualifier opens in Auckland, New Zealand, on Monday, 12 December.

World No. 10 Australia, No. 38 Guam and No. 46 New Zealand will compete from Monday, 12 December, in Auckland, New Zealand, for the Oceania spot in the XXXI WBSC U-18 Baseball World Cup.

The three participants will play each other twice from 12 to 14 December. The undefeated team will qualify for the U-18 Baseball World Cup at the end of round-robin play. If no team goes undefeated, the number one and two finishers will compete in a one-game playoff on Thursday, 15 December.

The XXXI WBSC U-18 Baseball World Cup is scheduled for the Summer of 2023. Six of the 12 participants have already qualified.
