Fourth Baseball5 French Open scheduled for 20 and 21 January

The main tournament includes a record 18 participants. Five teams will compete in the U-15 age bracket.

The Artenium sports facility in Ceyrat, near Clermont-Ferrand, will host the fourth edition of the Baseball5 Open de France on 20 and 21 January.

The main tournament includes a record 18 participating teams in the adult (16 or older) age category. The participants will split into three groups, with the top two advancing to the Super Round. The first and second-place teams in the Super Round will compete for the title.

The Thiais Tigers are the defending champions. They defeated the Vauréal Squales in the 2023 final. The Squales won the 2021 and 2022 editions.

Five teams will participate in the U-15 tournament. After competing in a double round-robin, the first and second-place finishers will play for the title.

Clapiers-Jacou won the 2023 tournaments. The Chatons Mercenaires won the inaugural edition in 2022.

The U-15 final is scheduled at 1pm local time, while the main tournament's championship game will follow at 2:30pm local time.
