World No. 3 France defeated No. 7 Lithuania in the final, 2-0 (4-1 and 10-4), and claimed the Internationaux de France (French Internationals) Baseball5 tournament.
U-18 France finished third. Teams from the Italian Region Valle d'Aosta, world No. 16 Belgium and the Spanish Catalunya All Stars also participated.
Toulouse hosted the first edition of the tournament at the CREPS Occitanie, a parc with sports facilities, including a permanent Baseball5 field.
After a 30-game round robin, the top four finishers competed in the semifinal, while the fifth and sixth-place teams played for fifth place.
France defeated Lithuania in the first edition of the Baseball5 European Championship. Lithuania will host the second edition in Druskininkai in November.
At the end of last year, France - along with Türkiye - was the first National Teams to qualify for the inaugural WBSC Youth Baseball5 World Cup
